Real estate is personal. My role is to bring clear communication, local knowledge, and the practical next step into the same conversation.

My background

Built in Gainesville. Grounded in service.

As a Gainesville native with a construction management degree, I bring a practical, systems-minded perspective to every real-estate conversation. I believe the right next step starts with understanding the property, the process, and what matters most to you.

Since 2020, I have served as a U.S. Army Reservist. Since 2014, I have worked as a sports massage therapist alongside the University of Florida and its athletics department. Those experiences have shaped a steady, people-first way of working: listen closely, communicate clearly, and follow through.

A personal foundation

What Olympic athletes say about working with Stone.

Since 2014, I have worked as a sports massage therapist alongside the University of Florida and its athletics department, as well as with college and Olympic-level swimmers. Here is what two of them say about working with me.

Caeleb Dressel

9-time Olympic gold medalist.

"I first met Stone early in my college career at the University of Florida. I had many swim meets with Stone including SEC championships and NCAA championships. All my teammates knew him as a big teddy bear, myself included, and most important as a friend. I could write how important he was to my swim career for his bodywork as a masseuse but for me it was off the table that he helped me the most. Stone kept my body in peak condition at my swim meets and helped me in becoming SEC champion, NCAA champion, World Champion, and Olympic Champion. Multiple records along the way but blah blah blah. My best memories with Stone were all off the table. He was truly part of the team. If I had a great race or a bad race he was always there with a smile. For me to swim my best I needed to be treated like a human not a superstar. His positive attitude and friendly banter always made the pressure and nerves fade. He was simply a teammate and friend. We talked life, tattoos, family, and everything under the sun. A lot of laughs and great conversations are what I keep closest to me with Stone. He was a huge part of my career and the biggest highlight was him coming to my wedding. This is a relationship I will cherish forever. He is a great masseuse, a great friend, and a great, genuine human. I am forever glad our paths crossed."

On Stone's work as a massage therapist and friend

Bobby Finke

Olympic swimmer

"Stone is an exceptional massage therapist. From the moment you walk in, he creates a professional, comfortable, and welcoming environment. He takes the time to understand your needs and tailors each session to address specific areas of tension, soreness, or recovery.
As an athlete, I've found his work especially beneficial for helping me recover from intense training sessions and maintain my overall performance. His knowledge of the body, attention to detail, and ability to target problem areas make a noticeable difference every time.
I consistently leave feeling refreshed, recovered, and moving better than when I arrived. I highly recommend Stone to anyone looking for a skilled, knowledgeable, and effective massage therapist."
